Optibike sells the worlds highest performing electric bikes factory direct, worldwide. Our in-house service department works with owners and bike shops around the world to provide stellar local service. To that end, we have developed several tools to help keep owners in the saddle:
OptiCare Service Portal: This secure portal is available to customers, and customers’ local bike shop of choice and contains how-to videos, procedures, maintenance schedules, and virtually all knowledge you (or your bike shop) would need to keep things running smoothly.

Your local bike shop: We designed the Optibike so that any parts that need routine maintenance can be maintained either by you (If you know bikes) or your local high-end bike shop. We are happy to work with them in any capacity- just have them give us a call.
In the event that something should happen to your bike that is covered by warranty, simply wheel it into your local bike shop that works with electric bikes and have them call us. We will work with them to repair/replace parts and to get you running again- and we will take care of the warranty covered bill before you pick it up!
